These frequencies can't be tuned exactly on most FM boxes, where the 
minimum step size is 5 kHz.

In my experience, the uplink can remain fixed on 145.920, though 
there may be some benefit in a 5 kHz change near the ends of the 
pass, the downlink needs to be adjusted between 435.310 (start of 
pass) to 435.290 (end of pass), so your table would look like:

             Rx                 Tx
1.  435.310 MHz - 145.915 or 145.920 MHz
2.  435.305 MHz - 145.920 MHz
3.  435.300 MHz - 145.920 MHz
4.  435.295 MHz - 145.920 MHz
5.  435.290 MHz - 145.925 or 145.920 MHz

In my experience, I've never had to tune the uplink on AO-51, leaving 
it on 145.920 has worked fine for me.
