[amsat-bb] GO-32 Wow

Just checked the last pass of GO-32. Reminded me of the KO-23 days.
Good strong 9600 baud signal. Lots of downlink strength. The BBS was
open but I did not try a upload. Guess I will fire up Wisp32 and give
it a go. Sure would be nice to have this to play with on Field Day.
