If the antennas are below fence height, how can they object to that which 
they can't see?  A couple of strategically placed trees should also help...

You can also put up a set of omni's in the attic, or even camouflage a 
vertical in all sorts of things (flag pole, roof vent, etc...).

Don't let them win!

Unless you knowingly and willingly signed the CC&A for the homeowners
association, PRB-1 may prevail. It is worth a shot to keep your house
and rigs until YOU want to make a change.
