A command station switched it around 10AM EDT, 1400UTC, so it should be 
uplinking on 145.88 for Europe during the evening passes. Sorry for the 
confusion.

Also, the 435.150 telemetry beacon is off for today, and the power on 
435.300 has been raised to 770 milliwatts.
