Empirically, when they start changing modes, it can do some odd things until
it settles down.  Saturday, just after they switched over to the Kids Day
configuration and uplink, it was extremely scratchy with much audio QSB.
Sounded great on the next pass with the power bumped up a bit.  Sunday was
fine.  You didn't mention when you had the problem, but today they are
turning on the mode L uplink, so something might be a bit off for now.
