[amsat-bb] WISP DDE Client and Satpc32 no DOWN oR UPLINK FERQ

i am running wisp dde client and satpc32
i cannot get wisp dde client to get any up or downlink ferq
the sat name,mode,az,elevation works fine but no up or downlink ferq
it worked once then cannot get it working again
even if i put nothing in the auto settings it seem to still read the sat name,mode,az,elevation
is it not write the settings right,i tried removing wisp dde client and reinstalling it but it seems to do the same thing and all the settings are still ther as if i never removed it
