For those who cannot read the German (it isn't that hard if you take 
your time),  you can go to the Google home page

http://www.google.com and

http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en  will give you the language 
tools.  Enter the URL provide by Peter in the http://  block and change 
it to German to ??? (say English for most of you) and tell it to go.  It 
provides a completely readable translation.  It will not be perfect but 
anyone can follow it.
