I have also looked at the recordings from previous passes over our station
but they are all just containing background noise.
So it appears like the satellite started transmitting somewhere between
07:20 UTC and 08:50 UTC today.
Seen from our part of the sky it seems to have been silent from before 08:07
UTC on Sunday the 29th of April until it started transmitting today.

Just heard CAPE1 alive on pass with AOS 0851 UTC here
in Copenhagen.
Very good signals S-9 in USB
It was on during the whole pass.
