Nothing "special" about it at all. It consists of some
studs that screw into the tapped holes/threaded
inserts  on the elevation rotor where the bolts that
hold it to the "U" bracket go, some flat and lock
washers, nuts, and some clamps (looks like half a
muffler clamp!) that will allow you to clamp the
elevation rotor onto the mast installed into the
azimuth rotor. You'll need a GC-38 mast clamp for the
top of the azimuth rotor if you don't already have
one.
If you can get metric studs/washers/nuts the correct
length locally, you could make your own pretty easily.
For the price, it's not bad, considering it gives you
all the bits in one box, saves you running around
getting the correct hardware.
