[amsat-bb] SO-50 jumped 5 kHz up in downlink frequency

Hi all,
I listened yesterday to SO-50 and it 
appeared to be 5 kHz higher in frequency than normal
on the downlink - approximately.
Tested it right now and got it confirmed.
Did anybody else hear it ?
The pass had AOS at 1840 UTC here in Copenhagen.

I have heard this before - but it is a long time ago.
