Lots of them can be customized to handle satellite QSOs.  Handling LotW and
eQSL is harder to find, but the DXLab DXKeeper does that as well.  Go to
http://www.dxlabsuite.com/ and take a look.  You will need the Launcher,
which also installs various components, DXKeeper, and Pathfinder which
interfaces with the various QTH data bases.  It is a massive program, but
you can use as little or as much as you need.  Excellent support as well,
and incredibly it is freeware.
