[amsat-bb] AO-51/Sputnik event extended for European participation

We are in the process of enlisting some EU stations, and have extended the event until approximately 1330 UTC October 4th. This should allow our EU friends to participate during their morning passes of Oct 4th.

We could still use a few more stations with good L band uplinks to uplink the audio, particularly in Northern Europe. Contact me at ko4ma at amsat.org as soon as possible if interested.
