[amsat-bb] Interference on the Downlink of SO-50

I'm up in Alexandria, VA (FM18) and I just tried to use SO-50.  I
thought I had acquired the satellite but then realized that it was local
noise.  Didn't know if anyone else had noticed the same problem in the
area.  I was +5kHz where I noted the quieting.  It seemed to be
directional towards the east.
