ANDE Packet to Voice mode event today (Sunday Oct 14)
during the 15:50 UTC / 17:50 CET pass.

Wait until you hear ANDE saying "Welcome to Textspeech", then:

1) Set in your TNC
U APRS VIA ARISS

2) Get your TNC in CONV mode and type
:TALK     :Hello

and you should hear ANDE saying
"XYZ says Hello"
