Hi Jeff,
First make sure pkunzip/pkzip are in the particular satellite directory
under WiSP.
WiSP will automatically pkzip files of a certain size, this you can set.
Some people have been manually zipping file using Winzip and uploading them.
WiSP can't recognize the format and therefore unzip them.
You have to do this manually.
To see that it works, set the auto zip size, upload a file and then download
it. After the pass, if you have the post process feature enabled, the
message will be unzipped.
