For now you should be able to receive the complete telemetry stream from 
AO-51 on the standard 9600 bps downlink frequency of
435.150 MHz.

However I have the update rate set to 90 seconds, so be patient.

We are making progress with the upload, just not as fast as we had 
anticipated.
