Those  U-100 rotors are available around at the swap meets.  
And cheap, too.   I have set up an  AZ-EL  rotor with two U-100's
and it works swell. It's been up for about 10 years or more with two
fairly big  (14 elements on 2,  20 elements on 432)   antennas.
