Eric,

     Yes, it can be done, but you'll have to mount the el rotor high enough 
up the mast for the sat antennas to clear the HF antenna at 90 degree 
elevation.  I had a set up like this and it worked fine.  The only down side 
is if you need to work on the sat antennas, you'll have to loosen the el 
rotor and slide it down the mast to a more comfortable (and safer) level. 
If you haven't already purchased sat antennas, consider ones that can be 
'end' mounted to minimize the required clearance.
