Status of APRS satellites:

http://pcsat.aprs.org   ANDE - yes.
http://www.ariss.net  ISS - yes
GO-32 - yes.  Downlink now  has bulletins
ECHO - not at this time.

PCSAT - You will notice however, that our predicted return of PCSAT-1 did not happen.  She is in full sun but the sun is not far enough into the southern Hemisphere for recovery.  Next full sun period is first week of Novermber when she should recover.
