[amsat-bb] false positive YES

Set my ICOM 910H and Wimo 70cm helix to my TCA for 437
MHz CW; and at 20:07:13 utc (5 mins late on nominal
keps) on 436.994.8 MHz detected with Spectran a weak
intermittent 2kHZ tone: but unfortunately moved UP in
audio frequency to 2k4, indicating local qrm, not
doppler. Beware false positives!
