[amsat-bb] UO-11 Back On

Just a note that UO-11 was heard from the mobile on 145.825 with its very
distinguishable telemetry audio signal on 

Sept 25th @ 0330 and @1530 UTC with full quieting signals while listening
for PCSAT and Ande.
