[amsat-bb] Cute-1.7 + APD II Launch Informations

Dear All,

I'm Hiroki Ashida at Tokyo Institute of Technology (JQ1YCZ).
As you may know well, our CubeSat "Cute-1.7 + APD II"(cute one point
seven plus apd two) will be launched on April 28th by the PSLV-C9 rocket
from the Satish Dhawan Space Center, India.

Launch date and time:
April 28th at 03:53 UTC.

Expected TLE of Cute-1.7:

Our satellite uses amature radio band. The specifications are as follows:

* Uplink
	+ Command (Closed): 144MHz Band
	+ Service (Open): 1267.6MHz　GMSK 9600bps, AX.25/SRLL

* Downlink
	+ Beacon: 437.275MHz　CW, Morse, Power 100mW
	+ Telemetry: 437.475MHz　AFSK 1200bps／GMSK 9600bps,
		     AX.25/SRLL, Power 300mW
