I also had some difficulty with ANS-118 and probably any of the other 
bulletins that originate  with you.  I use Compuserve 7.0 which is related to AOL.  I 
am usually able to recover the bulletin as a download, but it does not 
display as a part of the message like other ANS-Bulletins and most other messages.  
I mentioned this to Joanne at Dayton (or Pittsburg) last year and neither of 
us can explain it.  Do you send the bulletin as an attachment or embedded in a 
message?

I occaisionally miss an ANS-Bulletin altoghther, but that is another problem.
