I don't have a FT-736R but if the small push on RF connector plug is female
and the jack is a male they probably are SMB connectors normally used also
by HP to interconnect the modules inside the instruments.
Look here to see in the catalog pag H-17 if they really match the type you
need.

If so you can find the SMB connectors with easy in USA
I remember many interesting contacts with you on AO40 mode L/S
and the AO40 S1/K test early 02/23/2003............when the new P3-E ?
