During the 1525 UTC NA pass today, heard nothing on either frequency, except one very brief, 2-3 second burst of what was clearly BPSK on 145.930.MHz. I was tuning, and it caught me by surprise, so I was not able to capture it. I did not have time to look at the S-meter, but it sounded loud, well above the noise level. Alan WA4SCA
