I refresh my Orbitron KEPS Mak and i just hear DELFI C 3 very loud but there is another problem who come out. The audio was very unstable 
the tone frequencies where not stable and some distortion seems to appears during the data transmissions making RASCALS completely unable 
to decode even a single packet.


Theses tones distortions gradually increased up to a point the transmitter shuts down.  The tone pointer on RASCALS was moving wild 
smashing both side limit of the scale and it was not what i got the first time i decoded my first packets.

Why the tone frequencies are no more stable even with doppler correction remain a mystery but surely the control team will come up with 
some explanations as they seems to be aware of this behaviour.

End of the story and a night to speculate on the subject!
