Hi Bob,

I think the 3731's LO is at 2256, so subtract that from the 2401.200 +/- downlink frequency.  You should get something around 145.200.  Doppler will shift that +/- about 50 kHz, and then you need to factor in your own unit's offset (my modified Drake is off by about another 50 kHz).

I wish you had it running earlier today.  I had the satellite all to myself during the 7:30pm PDT pass.
