I have been using Winorbit for years.
   
  I normally download 2 line Keps from the internet and save it as a .txt file in a file name "Keps"
  .
  I boot Winorbit, select Satellite..., Edit, Database, Update from file.
   
  List files of type = All Files(*.*)
  Find the file and click it to put it in "File Name Box"
  Click OK, click all OKs
  Then immediatly select File from the menu bar and do a "Save Database"
