The latest 70 cm version of this antenna can be found in the Proceedings of 
the 2007 AMSAT-North America Space Symposium and Annusl Meeting.  The original 
70 cm version was in the 2006 Proceedings.  I believe the new version has also 
been published in the AMSAT Journal, but I can't remember the issue.
