[amsat-bb] ISS at 145.800 (1k2) or 145.825 (9k6)

As David, G8OQW pointed out, ISS was now at 145.800 in 1200 baud.
With a TS2000 one could easily monitor both freq's & speeds:

145.800 (ts2000/main  + internal TNC at 1200)
+
145.825 (ts2000/sub + external TNC at 9600)

One radio, two channels.

That should catch them all !  :-)
