[amsat-bb] Re: ISS Packet over Europe 08.47utc

Hi all,

Ok, so now I'm confused.  I was successful in getting a 1200bps packet email through ISS yesterday afternoon (00:00 utc).  Have they switched back and forth between modes, or are they running both speeds at the same time?
