Yes. -3 is for 1200 APRS, -4 is for 1200 PKT and -5 is for 9600 APRS. If one just uses the "ARISS" alias, they don't have to change their configuration with every mode change.

The ISS is due to transition to 1200 packet for this week. They may have
already done that.

Ok, so now I'm confused. I was successful in getting a 1200bps packet email
through ISS yesterday afternoon (00:00 utc). Have they switched back and
forth between modes, or are they running both speeds at the same time?
