Thanks to David B and Ib, I now have 67Hz ctcss enambled on the uplink and have found it there using the scan function of my TMD710.
There is a whole host of bands and subband combinations when in sat mode and with HRD and in one of them - the critical one! - it was still set to 77Hz.
