[amsat-bb] ISS L / V Repeater 08.30z Europe Pass

Nice and exciting QSO with Francesco IW4DVZ via ISS mode L/V . Good signal but sometime deep QSB, frequent chance of polarization in DL VHF, seems to need more doppler correction in UL  than ao-51.
