I'm okay with the answer, just think the question should specified
linear transponder satellites. Does power uplinked affect an FM
satellite's transmitted downlink?

	C.	To avoid limiting the signal of the other users
	D.	To avoid interfering with terrestrial QSOs

I just find its Answer B "incomplete" ...
