Amsat NA is now showing it with a launch date of June 2008. I found that by 
going to the satellite status page and then clicking the "future satellites" 
link at the top. Of course, we all know to take that date with a grain of 
salt. If we could actually trust some of the launch dates given, P3E would 
already be in space by now.
