[amsat-bb] AO-16 report from Japan

[JA0CQP]

I just worked via AO-16 on  06:36(UTC) pass with several stations
in Japan.
It was excellent, although downlink tuning was bit difficult, with a
suport of SatPC32, spent a exciting minutes.
