Stefan,
That is a shame as your ideas have merit. I attend other conferences
that do this type of thing. CSVHF had a parallel introductory
program during their conference in San Antonio. I didn't attend as I
was a speaker for the main session, but I heard it went well and was
well received.
I have not attended Amsat conferences since fall 2001 due to monetary
constraints and competing functions. I hope we can include Symposium
in coming years.
