[amsat-bb] AO-16 Doppler tuning using SatPC32

SatPC32 users, what Doppler.SQF text are you using for automatic Doppler 
tuning of AO-16?  Here's my guess, based on the published AO-16 info.

AO-16,437026,145920,USB,FM,NOR,0,0

Exact tweaks of the frequencies would be appreciated.  I suppose 
downlink mode can be USB or LSB.  Or AM, with reduced sensitivity but 
relatively immune to tuning errors.
