[amsat-bb] Re: Icom R20 for receiving SSB downlink from AO16

While I haven't used the R-20, I just wanted to remind everyone that AO-16 
remains off-line. I started it up several times on a pass Friday afternoon 
and it continued to reset almost immediately.
