I got  the original ARRL publication "Getting to know OSCAR from the
ground up" on paper early 1977.

I understand that the pdf file of it is not available from you directly but
from the Amsat-DL Web page

By the way I have downloaded the 50 pages of it on my PC just in case I
will loose the original one.
