[amsat-bb] FO-29 IS on over NA but no one show up!

I called on 3 passes today on FO-29 but no one shows up. Signal was very stable and clean but i suspect the TX was running at QRP level i 
only got a S2 reading with the INT preamp on on the FT-847!

Anyway it's another one the be anchored on to avoid driftingachonred out of the channel. DELFI C-3 will be the next one.
