My problem isn't with AMSAT-NA, mostly with the DL folks.  Kind of difficult 
for me to volunteer for that position  from the US.  But you miss my point. 
There are people on this board who go into attack mode when someone simply 
ask for a little status update.  Funny, I just like to know that my 
contributions are accomplishing what they were intended to.

Usually the NA folks keep us fairly well informed.  I keep hearing that 
launch cost are the biggest hurdle.  If that is the case then someone should 
simply tell the Satellite community what would be a suitable target launch 
opportunity, how much money is needed and as we progress, what the delta is. 
Seems that I remember that occurred with AO-40.
