Hi Sreem,

DO-64 can be difficult to sync without some sort of tuning aid.  The signal
has two strong components equally spaced about the centre frequency and
these can easily confuse Rascal.  If you display the signal on any program
that has a "Waterfall" display (e.g. "Spectran", "Ham Radio Delux" etc. you
can then tune your receiver so that the centre component is exactly on
1600Hz and then Rascal should decode OK.
I can send you a picture of the way the signal looks on a display if that
would help.

We heard DO-64 today but were unable to decode the telemetry downlink signal
as it did not sync with the RASCAL software.
 
Can anyone please advice.
