[amsat-bb] AO-51 L-band uplink off for ~24hrs / Kid's Day this Saturday

The AO-51 L-band bbs uplink was turned off tonight for a day or so to aid in 
some command station functions before this weekend and the V/U and L/U dual 
repeater mode leading up until Field Day. Also, please remember AO-51 will 
be reserved this Saturday for Kid's Day contacts, and utilizing the 
alternate uplink of 145.880 and a downlink of 435.300.
