Dave,

I ran the latest German Language link to Amsat-DL 
that Peter offered and it has several articles 
about the upcoming European Conference but I 
found nothing regarding progress of P3E toward 
launch.  I used babelfish on-line English translation for this.

So it gives us no real info.  Perhaps those attending:
