[amsat-bb] Re: APRS through ISS and FD

Personally I think the definition of satellite (for this at least) should be
anything that is not fixed to the ground. This can include a balloon, the
ISS, or just regular amateur satellites. It would be nice to see the ARRL
include balloons for field day, right?
