I'm still trying to get use to converting UTC to local time and with the
upcoming change to Daylight Saving Time it is only going to get worse.

Is there a prediction program that prints pass predictions with both local
and UTC time?

I guess I could download a few and try them out, but I thought I would ask
here first.
