[amsat-bb] First Contact OSCAR 27

Hi,

I made my first contact on Tuesday, March 12, 2008 at 2.15, with Paul N2BX,
in New Jersey, on Oscar 27.  Fortunately, there were not too many others on
the band at that time.  Nice signal, thanks Paul.
