[amsat-bb] Delfi C3 May 3 / 21:15utc report PA3GUO

Some observations:

1) beginning of the pass reception & decoding fine
2) later sync still green, but no packets got decoded
   re-tuning later in the pass started packet decoding again
3) when signal drops in LHCP, it's strong in RHCP
   and the other way around (WJ mentioned this before)
4) still not sure which object gives good keps,
   for the other sats dopler tuning etc is fine, but for
   delfi not yet and also AOS/LOS not accurate.
